The vault is you taking responsibility for your future and giving your family peace of mind. Everyone dies. It is sadly the truth. But when someone dies, loved ones are unable to fully grieve as they are forced to discuss funeral arrangements.

Very often, when we are conducting funeral arrangements, we hear families saying that the deceased would have liked a specific type of casket or specific flower colours. But truthfully, this is more often than not, speculation.

To prevent this, we ask that you be brave and sign up for the funeral vault. Here, you will record your exact wishes for the funeral service and can be completed, even if we do not conduct the funeral. The vault will always exist and our records will be kept in perpetuity and only expunged after your death. Even if we are not conducting your funeral, the vault records will be retained, and someone may contact us for it.

Please note that this is a binding agreement between us and we will give effect to it. Please ensure that your family members and loved ones are aware of the funeral vault as we will not entertain other requests, or requests opposite to this agreement.
